Maurizio was married to Diane for 15 years, and they remained in each other’s lives through their shared love for their children. He was an adored father to Nicole and Jordan, a beloved father-in-law to Patrick, and a proud Nonno to his cherished granddaughter, Brianna. Learning that he was going to become a Nonno was one of the happiest moments of his life, and she remained one of his greatest sources of pride and joy.
He was predeceased by his father, Nicola and is survived by his mother, Fiorina. He will be deeply missed by his brothers and sisters: Vito (Alba), Elena, Claudio (Franca), Adrianna (Robert), and Fioravante (Sandra), as well as his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Maurizio had a lifelong love of rock and roll, classic cars and the outdoors. Though his later years were quieter and more private, those closest to him will remember the parts of him that were full of humour, music, stories, and love.
May he rest peacefully, till we meet again.
