Destiny, your Mom had this special way about her. I don't know if it was because she was so strong and confident, but she had this smile that would light up anywhere. 
We became close when we were pregnant together and spent lots of time when you and Ricquelle were young. I always enjoyed running into her over the years. She was a special lady!
I know she tried her best. I remember when she went back to school. She did that for you...she didn't like it so much, but she loved you more than anything.

I hope you will hold your memories close and know that you have a lot of people who love you too! Michelle will truly be missed. She will always hold a special spot in my heart. Rest easy Mich.

This gives me a chance to share the picture that my amazing niece Destiny sent me today and mention a little something about how much her mom loved her. 
Des from the moment you and your mother locked eyes she beamed brighter.. You were the skip in her step, the light in her eyes and the reason for her smiles.
She was a very young girl when you came into the world and was determined to raise you the best she knew how. She wanted you to have the things that she didn't have and being a young mother it was not easy.  We spent many nights talking about the future and what she hoped it held for you.. Her dreams for you may have been the same as every mother from the beginning of time, only difference is they were hers and they were for you.  She loved you sooooooo much kiddo!!

Christmas time was always such a big deal. She continually went out of her way to make everyone feel welcome around the holidays, and the most important person on the list was you babygirl. I remember her, you, and I rushing to Scarborough town center one Christmas so she could get you a special gift from the disney store last minute.. We came up with a plan for me entertain you by me squirming on the floor outside of the food court and jumping around acting silly, while she slipped into the store to get you, i think it was a tiger doll?? that you just had to have..

Remember the best of times, and don't forget the small things, they may be the most special.

Well Michelle, the mildest of our stories that i tried to share on this platform are obviously a little too much for the obituary's personal, so i guess that says a lot for the moments in time which became memories that we shared. To be described as crazy at times and friggin amaaaazing all the time. Our memories were built on a slippery mountain range full of incredible adventure and will be cherished as long as the marbles are still spinning around my tiny melon.  
Your infectious laugh echoes through my mind as i sit here and attempt to write  something that could possibly describe what you meant to me and the world which you graciously gifted with your presence..  Stories, one after the other keep filing into my brain, from being young and hanging at Lori's on gerrard, to when that honda accord first appeared, n how happy we all were to take it to Wasaga n disrupt the beach for a bit. Drinking banana cadillacs at golden or just kicking back and listening to singerz gold. Hanging out in places i won't mention, and doing thing we knew we shouldn't. Years and years of excitement and fun is all that fills my mind when i think of you lady, and i'm sure many other people can agree that you shone brighter than the sun when you step out of a dark club at 8am on a third wind. You were true and loyal.  A thick and thin kinda human being that has left far to soon from a world that needs more attention from individuals such as yourself. 
Is that you or is that me?   Des knows the answer!!

My sister, I will love you always. 
My most cherished memories of you are from our childhood. We always had so much fun, especially on the Ranch. When the three of us would find ourselves in trouble, we always stuck together and figured out how to fix it.........before Dad found out! I remember one time we got the four wheeler stuck in a creek. After fighting about who's fault it was, we came together and got it out. We were covered in mud.....head to toe. When Dad asked what happened, we said 'nothing, dad'. 
We've shared many moments like that,  where fun turned into to trouble, and trouble turned into sisters having eachothers backs.

Michelle always had the nicest kicks , she was always a friend I looked up too she was so strong and I watched her fight many battles in this thing called life , I love Michelle and I always will she will live in my heart forever. I can’t believe your gone before me. That wasn’t suppose to happen girl. I’m going to really really miss you a lot. I’m going to keep all the good and bad stuff we went through together with our significant others. I remember all the times we had each other’s back with the two peanut brains of men we had. But you know I will never ever forget any of it. The times we cooked together, shopped together and and hung out with each other. When you moved out I was crushed but you know we still remained sisters no matter what. I will love you always and forever and will watch over Destiny.
