It's been 8 years that you were taken from us and yet no amount of time can fill the void of losing you. I have so many things to tell you and yet I cant find the words.

I always looked up to you as a big sister and had so much admiration  for you...still do. Your vibrant smile, contagious laughter, magnetic personality and cheeky sense of humour.  The first woman in our family to graduate from university. 

I know you are in peace and for that I am grateful. I hope one day I have the strength and love to find peace and forgiveness for losing you.

I was so sorry to hear about your passing. I know we didn't see each other recently but I can hear your voice on the other end of the phone when we worked weekends. You were smart, funny and had a wicked sense of humour. It is a shock to think I won't see you again.

Natasha, you're gone but I still see you everywhere I go. I feel your presence near me and I see that you are smiling where you are. I am so sadden to hear of your passing.  I remember the first time I met you on the surgical floor so many years ago where you were a graduating nurse and I was so impressed with your intelligence energy and care that you gave your patients, friends and aquaintences.  I always felt that you had some very special gifts and I always looked forward to running into you at work for our little hallway chats. I was just thinking of you the other day and I take this  now in hindsight to be an etheral connection; how I had not seen you around for at least a year. The loss of such a brilliant sole with so much potential leaves me with a heavy heart.
