Norma Bennett Duggan

Duggan, Norma Bennett – Peacefully at home on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at the age of 102. Beloved wife of the late Basil Thomas Duggan. Loving mother of Lawrie (Phyllis), Eric (Mary Ellen), and Marybeth. Cherished grandmother to Scott (Lindsay), Kim (Jim), Chris (Anne), Heather (Steve), Michele, Karen (Daren) and Melissa (Jim). Proud great-grandmother to 13 great-grandchildren. Norma was blessed with good health, a keen mind and artistic talent. She enjoyed her summers at her cottage with visits from her family. Her love of Ontario landscape will be remembered through her many watercolours.

Special thanks to her doctors and nurses and to Marybeth for their dedication and care for Mom.

Friends are invited to visit at Trull Funeral Home, 2704 Yonge St, Toronto on Friday August 7 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The service will be held at The Church of St Timothy (North Toronto), 100 Old Orchard Grove, Toronto on Saturday August 8 at 1pm.

In lieu of flowers donations in Norma’s name may be made to The Church of St Timothy, CNIB (Library Services), the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation, the Society of Canadian Artists (Duggan Canadian Landscape Award) or to the charity of your choice.
