Suddenly at his residence on Saturday, June 2nd, 2012 in his 54th year. Pat, beloved son of Herb and the late Margaret Tracey. Loving brother of Reggie (Judy), Linda (Harold), Cheryl (Nick) and the late Greg, Michael and Terry. Pat will also be dearly missed by Donna, Stephen and Tammy. Dear papa of Jesse Rose.

Visitation will be held at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 2570 Danforth Ave. (at Main Subway Stn.)

To Those I Love and Those Who Love Me

I have so many things to see and do.
