Peacefully in her sleep on Saturday August 29th at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital.
Phyllis, wife of the late Paul J. Sullivan. Mother of Paul (Anne) Rogers and the late Steven Rogers and Grandmother to Stephanie and Andrew.
A Memorial Service will be held at a time and date to be announced at a later date.
