Raffaele will be leaving behind the love of his life, his wife Antonietta, and he will be joining his son Steven in Heaven.
Proud Papa to Denis (Melissa) and beloved Nonno to Adam (Jennifer), Ryan (Sam), and Lauryn (Austin). Raffaele was also blessed to be Grand-nonno to his great-grandchildren Evan, Koen, Selena, and Mason.
Raffaele will be remembered as a caring and gentle person that was dedicated to, and always provided for his family. He arrived in Canada at the young age of 20 years and worked hard to become a skilled carpenter and eventually a successful businessman. He had a passion and interest in many pastimes. He fished and hunted, played golf, and practiced the art of winemaking. He was very skilled at bocce ball and card playing. Raffaele enjoyed spending his time with family and friends at the cottage on Lake Scugog and in Fort Myers, Florida.
He will be dearly missed by all of his family, relatives and friends. Raffaele will forever hold a very special place in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, donations will also be graciously accepted on behalf of Parkinson Canada.
