Ramona Candie Marie Mack

Ramona was deeply loved by many, and her vibrant personality shone through her unique style, laughter, and love of dancing. She had a way of lighting up every room she entered. Her kindness and spirit touched all who knew her, as did her deep love for her family and community.

Born on June 23, 1976, Ramona was the beloved daughter of Rita Mack. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, auntie, and cousin who believed deeply in the importance of family, connection, and community.

Ramona leaves behind her beloved son, Nimkii, who meant everything to her; her siblings, Mandy, Sophia, and Kevin; her mother, Rita; and many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

A wake and funeral service will be held at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home on Sunday, May 17. All who knew and loved Ramona are welcome to attend and celebrate her life.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to Council Fire, Native Canadian Centre of Toronto, Grandmothers Dorothy Peters and Loretta Watetch, for their care, prayers, and support during this difficult time, as well as all of Ramona’s professional support networks.

Though she has journeyed to the Spirit World, Ramona’s love and memory will remain in our hearts forever.
