Ted was a best friend not only to my dad but to my brother and I as well. His children Michael,Andrea and Alexa were so special as godchildren. Ted has been generous enough and scoured his videos and photos over the years, (Which I remember us all giving him a hard time with the a video camera as big as his head) but thank god he never listened to us and believed technology would play a part of the future. Ted was so generous to share with us some of his most special memories of him and his best friend that  he’s  given me to share those with everyone.

So saddened to learn of Richard’s passing. So many great times together at Grandpa & Grandma Curran‘ in Finch as well as visits to Avonmore & your visits at our Delaney home. Richard will live on in our hearts.

We have so many great memories of Uncle Richard on our visits to Blandford Street, especially the animated chats we had about the Leafs. He took such great care of grandma, and we are so grateful. We will miss him. Sending our love.

What I remember most of Richard, my cousin. Was back when I spent a few days with him & Aunt Gladys & Uncle Jim. I had returned to join my family in toronto. They invited me over for awhile. I had never felt more accepted. I got to meet his wonderful brother's & their wives.  Between the parties we saw a "Neil Young" concert. As well as a "car rally" at the Grandstand with Uncle Jim. It was a "Disneyland" experience I'll never forget. The whole time spent with everyone. Richard could not have been a Greater Person to me. I did see them all through the years. But not enough. This is a real shock to me. An example of I always thought there was time. God Bless You Richard. God Bless your family & friend's. We all  mourn your passing. Always remembering You with love.

So sorry to hear the passing of Richard.  We had so many great times with him and all of you guys.  I can still hear his laugh. Lots of great memories when you came down to visit us on the farm and our grandparents house. I will cherish those memories.
