Rob was the beloved son of Eleanor Emmel and the late Darryl Emmel. Brother of Scott (Lois) Emmel
Also survived by his loving aunt Denise (the late John Bayne) and cousins Jason (Christine) Debby and Lesley.
Rob always lived in Toronto, but his favourite place was the family cottage. At the cottage he had a passion for water skiing, fishing and cottage friendships.
Rob moved to Dixon Neighbourhood Homes in 2001, where he forged several friendships over the years.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. An interment will take place in the near future.
