Passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 27, 2014. Loving husband of Grace for 66 wonderful years. Beloved father of Leslie (Joe) and Wayne (Jean). Cherished Grandpa of Erika, Erin, Kirsten, Kyle and Austin. Roland will be fondly remembered and lovingly missed by family and friends in Canada and England. His wood working was an impressive skill, making items for his family; such as Barbie houses. He was a sight to be seen on the square-dancing floor with Grace. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 10-11 am. Followed by a service in the Chapel at 11am. Interment at Highland Memory Gardens. Donations may be made to The Humane Society.
