Dear Wilma, Fred, Mike, Heidi and Families,
It was with great sadness and shock we heard of the passing of Tante Rossi.  We think of her fondly and with great sadness realize that time has passed us by and we will never see her again.  She was a wonderful lady w. a special love for her plants and garden.  My wedding pictures w. my sister and bridesmaids were taken in that garden.  Something I will cherish always.  Many a good time was spent at her house watching TV and enjoying a delicious meal. She will be greatly missed but very fondly remembered.  Our deepest condolences to all of you.

It's hard to believe that the next time we visit Toronto we won't visit with Tante Rossi, We havent seen her for so long, but we do have very fond memories of her and Onkel Hans!....   The pig roasts on the farm and sausage making in the basement! 
 Especially, when my familyand I lived with them before our move to Brazil and having my bridesmaids and me stay the night before I got married (memorries never forgotten).  Tante Rossi was always willing to help, she was  a very special Lady, who will be missed by everyone who knew her.!
She took pride and joy in her flowers and vegetables, (they were her children).
Also thanks to all her wonderful nieghbours, who wre always there for her and unfortunately wer didn't get to meet!
Tante Rossi you will always be remembered and loved,

I can't believe that we won't visit with Tante Rossi any more, we were planning to visit Toronto in the next year and it saddens me that we won't be able to visit. 
Her memories will always be with us, the times on the farm, roasting the pig, sausage making in the basement.  The best of them, living with her with my family, before moving to Brazil and especially having me stay with them (Onkel Hans) with my bridesmaids the night before I got married, always willing to help!
She was a very special Lady! She will be missed, but the memories will always be with us!
Her plants, were her pride and joy (her children).
Also, thanks to all the neighbours, we didn't get a chance to meet, we know that you were always there for her, THANK YOU all!

I have such fond memories of our visits with Tante Rosie. I would suggest that we go out for lunch (at different restaurants) and her response would always be "auch das ist GARBAGE" ! and we would enjoy a meal together at home.I loved Tante Rosie's gardens and seeing all the different varieties of flowers, plants and vegetables she laboured over. Fred and Mike went every Spring to work the soil and get it ready to plant. Tante Rosie always started her plants (with seeds) in Feb/Mar and they would be healthy and strong when she planted them. My heart aches that I wasn't there to help Fred and I cannot be there with my family during this sad time. My memories of this sweet lady will be forever . Many thanks to Tante Rosie's wonderful neighbours, who became family and so much to her. What would we have done without them? Thank you. Love Heidi
