Sandra Malcolm

With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Sandra Lee Malcolm (nee Gregory) after a lengthy illness on January 10, 2018 at the age of 73. Born on June 18, 1944 in Toronto, Ontario to the late Sydney and Phyllis Gregory, as the eldest of three children. Loving mother of Tracy Lee (Robert), Keri-Lyn, Christopher (Lorelei), and the late Peter. Proud grandmother of Kyle (Jennie), Kaitlyn (Eric), Brooklyn, Benjamin, Arielle, Manny-Lyn, Leanna, and Matthew. Cherished great-grandmother of Diem and Taleen. Sandra will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her family and friends for her love for others and her charming personality. She had a way with words and always wanted to make others smile. Sandra could often be seen whipping up a beautiful meal or tasty homemade desserts, or sipping on her daily cups of tea. Friends may pay their respects at the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 1 pm. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mom may be made to her favourite charities, the Salvation Army or Covenant House. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the kind and caring staff that took care of Sandra during her illness and a special thank you to the palliative care team at Scarborough General Hospital who helped keep Sandra comfortable in her final days.
