He was born in Toronto, Ontario on June 16, 1959. Loving Son of the late Frank and Gladys Ballard. The heart and soul of the family he was a devoted Husband to Donna. Brother to David (Denise), Barbara (Doug deceased).
Dedicated Father to Tommy, Brian, Sandra, Nichole, and Nicholas. Grandfather to 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and uncle to 1 niece and 6 nephews.
He was a true and true Maple leaf fan who never gave up hope of them wining a Stanley cup. His absence leaves an aching void in our hearts but his spirt lives on in the cherished memories we hold close to our hearts.
