Susan Elizabeth Evans

After a brave battle, Susan passed away peacefully at the age of 66 on April 22, 2015 surrounded by her family. She will be sadly missed and her spirit is carried on by her loving family, her sons Michael and Daniel, daughters-in-law Ashling and Sandra and her grandchildren Erin, Eamon and Nora, brothers and sisters Anita, Ann, Alice, Robert, David, Douglas and Thomas, nieces Alison and Suzanne, friends Sean and Angie and all of her family and friends. Susan was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends there. Susan is reunited with her loving husband Bobby Evans. Visitation will be held at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave., Toronto, 416-698-3121, on Sunday, April 26th from 4 until 6 p.m. and on Monday, April 27th from 1 until 2 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the Giffen-Mack Chapel.

"God saw you getting tired, a cure was not to be, so He put His arms around you, and whispered, "Come To Me." With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you fade away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. Many times we thought of you, many times we've cried, If love alone could save you, you never would have died. A golden heart stopped beating, your tender hands at rest, God took you home to prove to us He only takes the best."
