It is with great sadness to announce the Passing of Tara Chisholm on Oct 11th, 2024. A loving mother to Eric and Emma, Daughter of Nancy Chisholm and Dave Clark , Sister to Shannon Chisholm and devoted Wife. Her bubbly and sparkling personality, mixed with just the right amount of sarcasm topped with a massive heart that touched so many will be missed.
There will be a celebration of life on Nov 2nd starting at 2pm at Stout Irish pub, 221 Carlton st, Toronto Ontario M5A 2L2.
The family asks that if anyone would be willing to bring a printed favourite picture of them with Tara to be assembled for the family please do so and feel free to add a little note on the back for reference.
