William Conklin died in Toronto on August 23, 2009 as a result of rapid onset pancreatic cancer. Bill was predeceased by his parents, William Joseph and Adelle Mary (née Bennett). He is survived by his long-term partner David Hallman, aunts Connie, June, Lenna, Marion, Mary and Muriel and numerous cousins. He will be profoundly missed by David, members of both Bill's and David's families, many friends in Toronto, Stratford and Puerto Vallarta and by generations of music students.Visitation will take place Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel - 467 Sherbourne St. (South of Wellesley). A Memorial Service will be held at St. Luke's United Church - 353 Sherbourne St. (at Carlton) in Toronto on Sunday September 13, 2009 at 2 p.m. Reception to follow.
