Known by most as "Betty Long†she was an accomplished artist working mostly in watercolor but enjoyed wood carving and mosaic as well. Betty took pleasure in having her artist friends over to her private art studio every Thursday morning for the last 40 plus years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who adored her husband, son and grandchildren.
Ann Long is survived husband Jim, son James, brother Robert Bertelson, daughter-in-law Elia, and granddaughters Christine Anne and Jennifer Ivy. A memorial service will be held at Rice Mortuary 5310 Torrance Blvd, Torrance California on Monday November 7th at 11:00 AM.
