Barbara enjoyed shopping, taking pictures, socializing, music, drama, culture, religion, history, forensics, books, magazines, ancestry and humor.

Her hobbies included sewing, gardening, oceanography, collectables, antiquing, and decorating. She was also a self proclaimed Food critic. She was passionate about her Love of fine cuisine.

Barbara loved life, her grandchildren, debating, food, spending time with the family, family gatherings, swap meets, fairs, vintage clothing stores, .antique boutiques, and traveling.

Barbara was a fan of wrestling, popsicles, family get-togethers, plants, clothing, theatre and arts, window shopping, culinary arts foreign language, classical dancing, classical music, movies, and 50's culture.

Survived by David Avila, Barbara Avila, Daniel Avila, George Avila, Donna Reed (Hufft), Anthony Reed, Sharron Reed, Theresa Reed, grandchildren include Amber, Anthony Reyna, Cynthia, Johnathan, Leo, Hanna, Nathan, Charlie, Jeremiah, Mathew, and Dozer.
