Beverly A. Parker

Beverly Ann Ham was born to Johnie Ham and Lucile Forney on May 5, 1942 in the city of Douglas,Texas which is located in Nacogdoches County.  Lucile passed away when Beverly was young.  Johnie later married Dorothy Dupree.  Beverly had two older sisters, Catherinell and Emma, and two younger brothers, Edmund (Roscoe) and Jerry.  The family moved to Los Angeles, California when she was young.  It was in Los Angeles where she graduated from Fremont High School.

It was in Los Angeles where she met Bobbie Dean Parker.  They were married on September 2,1962.  They had two children; Gary Dean and Earl Stanley.  She stopped working and became a homemaker after Earl was born.  She remained married to Bobbie for 53 years, until Bobbie's passing. She loved her family and spoke to her sisters and mother daily.  She was always a  loving and strong presence.

Beverly passed away on January 20, 2023.  Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Johnie, Lucile and Dorothy; her husband Bobbie, sister Emma and brother Edmund.

Beverly is survived by her sister Catherinell, sons Gary and Earl, daughter-in-law Michelle, five grandkids Shavone, Jassmin, Anthony, Marcus and Ericka, great grandchildren Kariah, Jazlyn, Jazelle, Jayden, Noah, Marley, Gabriella, and Kayleigh; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
