Carson, Caroline Louise, a 10 year resident of Torrance, and long time resident of Gardena, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 in Torrance. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Caroline was 95 when she died. Caroline was a member of Hope United Methodist Church.She is survived by her son, Bruce (Helen) Carson, son, Wayne (Susan) Carson of La Verne, CA, and granddaughter, Kimberly Carson. Preceded in death by husband, Eugene Carson, father, Edward McKiernan and mother, Margaret McKiernan.
A gathering of family & friends will be held at McCormick Inglewood Chapel on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. The Service will be held at McCormick Inglewood Chapel on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. A reception will follow in McCormick's Lighthouse Reception Room until 1:00 P.M. A private burial will follow at Inglewood Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Make A Wish Foundation.
