Cezar Albert de Silva
Cezar Albert C. de Silva, beloved son and brother, passed on to join the embrace of our dear Lord God last August 29, 2011 at the age of 26. He was born to Marceliano and Irene de Silva in Quezon City, Philippines on September 13, 1984. He had his elementary education at San Vicente Elementary School. He spent his first three years of high school at Quezon City Academy, and finished high school at Eastern Mindoro College. He moved to California, USA to live with his mom and youngest brother where they resided at Carson, CA and later Torrance, CA. A jack of all trades, he enjoyed fixing broken things and cooking.
He now joins his father, Aunt Raquel, his grandparents and aunts and uncles in the paradise that God had set for us. Surviving him are his loving cousins, aunts and uncles, mother and two brothers, Julius Allan and Severino Dennis de Silva.
