Passed away December 2, 2003 to join her loving husband Harold (Hal) and daughter Julie, who preceded her passing. Evelyn was born in Dayton, Ohio on August 9, 1927. She married Hal in 1946 and they moved to the South Bay Area of Southern California in 1948. She is survived by her brother David G. Budd and his wife Barbarann along with several nieces and nephews. Evelyn had an outstanding personality. Her smile, sincere kindness and ability to communicate in an open and family like manner, really influenced her excellent performance as Manager of several large apartment house complexes and also a result forming a large family of loving friends. She was a long time member of the FUCHSIA CHAPTER NO. 425 of the Order of the Eastern Star. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 13, 2003 at the White and Day Colonial Mortuary Chapel, 901 Torrance Blvd. in Redondo Beach. Phone: (310) 379-2446.
