Davidson, Dorothy Isobel, a Torrance resident of 44 years, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2008 in Torrance. Born in Quebec, Canada, Dorothy was 81 years old when she died. Dorothy was a member of Torrance First Baptist Church. She retired from Garrett Airesearch with over 20 years of service and worked another 19 years at her daughter's resort in Washington state. She is survived by four daughters: Victoria Sullivan of Oceanside, CA; Penny Grmolyes of Valley, WA; Sharon Duryee of Homedale, ID; Caroline Davidson-Kock of Brea; and one son Daryl Davidson of Torrance; seven grandchildren and three great-grand children.
The memorial service will be held at Rice Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. A reception will follow at Rice's Lighthouse Reception Room from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Inurnment will be private.
