Creede, Edward Joseph a 75 year resident of the South Bay, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2006 in Hermosa Beach. Born in New Jersey, Edward was 77 when he died. Edward had served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. Edward also served on the Hawthorne Police Department from 1955 to 1985 and retired as Captain. He is survived by his Wife, Gloria Creede, Daughters, Susan (David) Proett, Karen (Jim) Garza, Teri Rodriguez & Debi Creede, Son, Joe Creede (Natalie), 14 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. The Memorial Mass is May 30, 2006, 10:00 A.M. at St. James Catholic Church in Redondo Beach. Committal is private Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City.
