Eufracia Grijalva De Leon

She was an excellent cook, seamstress, loved to sing, was a fan of gardening and loved animals. She spent many hours in the kitchen creating dishes to feed family and friends. She was always concerned about everyone having enough to eat; including the family dogs. Our Labrador (Hunter) and Rottweiler mix (Bibi) spent many hours keeping her company and being spoiled by her. She loved spending hours by the ocean, had a passion for fishing and sharing stories of the latest catch. She was a fan of gardening and the hours spent in the garden with her Daughter were happy and peace filled times. She enjoyed being a part of her Grandchildren's life and took with her fond memories of football games, dance recitals, graduations, Christmas decorating contests, ocean side picnics and parties. She was happiest when she was surrounded by her family whom she loved dearly.

Eufracia is survived by Daughter, Elena De Leon; Granddaughter, Rocio De Maria De Leon; Granddaughter, Diocelinda (Rolando) De Leon; Grandson Wilder De Leon and Granddaughter, Cindy De Leon. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Maria Teresa De Leon Reyes and Father, Julian Grijalva Escobar.
