Francis George Higgins, was born October 22, 1930 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the second child born to Frank and Sally Higgins, and the joy of his sister Peg’s life. Frank leaves behind his loving wife Helen Marie Higgins with whom he celebrated 70 years of marriage. And his loving Family, daughters Linda Wise (Les Wise), Patricia Disanti (Dan Disanti), Theresa Allard (Craig Allard), and Carol Delome. Frank was the loving Grandfather of Doug Disanti, Daniel DiSanti, Ryan Allard, Joshua Allard, Bridgette DeLome, and Braeden Delome. Great Grandfather to Charlotte Allard, and Donovan Disanti.
He was a veteran of the Air Force; he spent 30 years at Sandia Labs in Albuquerque, New Mexico; and he enjoyed selling real estate in Albuquerque and southern California. He was known for his intense love of his family, compassion, kindness and love of animals. Frank will always be remembered as a gentle soul who loved getting to know new people.
