
Leslie Daniel Howard was born November 1, 1955 to Mona Ninfa Alcoer Howard and Leslie Howard, Sr. Lesslie was reared in Los Angeles, California. He attended Alta Lorma Elementray School, Mount Vernon Jr. High School and Los Angeles High School, from which he graduated in 1973. Leslie enjoyed pursuing educational opportuities by taking classes at Rio Hondo College, San Monica College and UCLA.
After graduating from high school, Leslie moved to Billings Montana where he married and started a family. He had two sons: Farrah Nicholas Howard and Brando Dominic Howard. He eventually returned to Los Angeles and later had a third son Hunter Patrick Howard.
Leslie had a variet of interest which included utilizing his beautiful deep voice to record text books on tape for the blind. He also vounteered for KCRW radio station fundraisers for which he raised the most funds out of all the volunteers. Leslie bellieved in helping his neighhbor. Adie hard Dodger fan from an early age, Leslie loved to attened the games with his Aunt Rachel. He drove his sister Loretta crazy by mimicking Vic Scully calling the plays while blasting the baseball games on the radio.
Leslie also read the newspaper daily and enjoyed discussing and debating political issues. Leslie was a soul food connoisseur and knew every soul food restaturant in Los Angeles and surrouding areas. Thanksgiving was his favorite hoilday, he ofen woke up early to prepare Thankgiving dinner for family and friends.
Leslie was a devoted father, son, and brother. He will be dearly missed by his mother Mona Howard ; sister Loretta Roth: sons Farrah, Brandon and Hunter: nieces Gina, Melissa and Farah: nephew Jeremy; grandson Terrin: his loving companion Anna:; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Leslie was precedded in death by his father Leslie Howard Sr.
