Grandmother to Kelsey, Stephen, Kendall, Charley, Annie, Jimmy. Resident of Manhattan Beach for 57 years.
Actively involved in community and parents associations, and local businesses.
One of a kind, hilarious, stylish, witty and sarcastic. Loved her family and friends.
Especially doted on her grandkids, attending innumerable school activities and sporting events.
Proud fan of Stanford, USC, Cal Poly SLO, South Carolina, Wisconsin.
She will be sadly missed by all that knew her..... as Maureen, or Mo (she hated that one), or Mrs. Bateman.
Ceremony scheduled for July 12, 2017, 11am, at Rice Mortuary, 5310 Torrance Blvd., Torrance.
Reception to follow at Grunions, 1501 N. Sepulveda Blvd, Manhattan Beach.
