In my short interactions with Pastor Rob, after being acquainted with Sovereign Grace and Pastor Cecil mostly. I felt the Church was still in good hands, and I was able to participate in a Good Friday Service, during the transition. I saw that he was a family man, a respectable man, who loved the Lord. May his legacy continue, and more importantly, may his Wife and Children, walk under the Shadow of the Cross, with the living Hope of Christ in their hearts.

I am sad to hear of the passing of my former Airman who served his country and the United States Air Force with great honor and integrity. This was in the mid 1990s. Robert demonstrated the highest character, leadership, and teamwork as I recall.   He was innovative in how he took on task and projects and became one of the best Airmen at Los Angeles Air Force Base.  I remember Rob's great love for his family, and his love for God.   It didn't surprise me when we connected on Facebook I saw pictures that he had been called to serve in the ministry.    He loved God and He loved God's people.    While Rob was my Airman in the chain of command, I found in my life after the Air Force that as I saw him preaching or baptizing others to see the face of God, I wanted to follow his choice of following his ministerial calling.   He became God's Airman, and his smile was encouraging to saving souls and providing the hope of eternal life for those who accepted the invitation to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.  I am humbled and proud to have the interaction with this Man of God.  Be blessed my Brother in the Lord.  Heaven is rejoicing that you made it Home! Rob - you have experienced the "time of perfection"......now you know your Saviour, our Savior, fully, face to face!!  You understand "why."  For now we can only accept today for what it is.
