A fierce woman from the moment she was brought into this world. The trials and tribulations she faced throughout her life molded her into the epitome of strength and sacrifice. She overcame adversity through her strong faith and loving family. A treasure to be around from her inappropriate jokes, to that low chuckle when she snickered at you, to the peace you felt just sitting next to her. She was feisty like her salsa, and warm like her tortillas. It has been an honor to have her as the Matriarch of our family. She will be missed eternally, but we take solace that she no longer has pain. We love you Chayito forever.
