Sister Pat was the second child and only girl in her family with five children. Her dad served in the military and as a result, the family moved often. By the time Pat was 15, she had lived in 18 different houses and attended 6 elementary schools. Pat attended Bishop Conaty High School in Los Angeles and graduated in 1957. Pat was received into Community in March 1958.
When she celebrated her 60th Jubilee; she reflected, “I have been called by and am grateful to an immensely generous God.” Pat served in a variety of ministries but was never defined by the work she did, but who she was becoming before God. She found an interior place of honesty, and the freedom for transformation. In her years of retirement, she found ways to quietly assist others and to support them.
Pat shared a spirit of love, gratitude, and great smile with all she met. May she rest in peace.
