A resident of Torrance, CA, former resident of Kansas City, MO, age 56, passed away February 27, 2007. Born in Richmond, CA, on December 1, 1950, she moved to So. California in 1954 and resided there until moving to Missouri in 1979, where she lived for 19 years. Returning to the So. Bay, Susan enjoyed the beach and the outdoors, never losing her childhood love of swings! Preceded in death by her brother, Arthur H. Wilcox; her father, Delos H. Wilcox; and her mother, Luella C. Wilcox. Survived by husband Harley B. Gordon of Torrance, sister Catherine V. Landrum (Randy) of San Pedro, son Ronald D. Gordon of Savannah, MO; son Steven R. Gordon (Shelly) of Richmond, MO; daughter Shari L. Gordon (Phyllis) of DeWitt, AR; and son Benjamin H. Gordon (Regina) or Independence, MO; 11 grandchildren, 5 nieces, 2 nephews, and many dear friends. Susan loved reading and conversing on any topic, singing her favorite songs, and writing poetry and stories. She had a great spirit and loving nature and will be dearly missed by anyone who ever knew her.
