Mary F. “Mamie” Bean, age 91 of Lake Ann, passed away on November 16, 2014. Loving wife of the late Dan. Cherished mother of Daniel F. (Rebecca), James M. (Patricia) and Millicent. Grandmother and great-grandmother of several grandchildren. Sister of Joe A. Shimek, Bernice Gallup and the late Frank Shimek, Josephine Sleder, Vera Nemeskal and Millicent Gallup. Mamie was a Sunday school teacher at the Lake Ann United Methodist Church for over 20 years. She loved reading biographies, shopping for clothes and shoes and being a homemaker. She loved baking and was known for her knockout apple pies. Visitation on Friday, November 21, 2014; 11:00am until the time of service at 12:00pm at Lake Ann United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions made to Lake Ann United Methodist Church are greatly appreciated.
