He was born in Hendersonville, NC the son of the late Charles Thomas and Margaret Hammond Smith.
He was a Network Engineer and owned Dragon Networks
Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Miller Smith of Tucker; his daughter, April Ceres of Athens, GA; his sons, James Smith and Charles Thomas Smith III both of Tucker
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 11:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with Monsignor Jim Schillinger officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 19 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
