Born on September 14, 1930 in Jenson, Kentucky to Grover Cleveland Garrison and Hester Garrison. She was the 2nd oldest of 9 children and graduated from Vicco High School. She worked at Don’s Pharmacy Fountain as a server. She married William Richard Eddington of Viper Kentucky on August 8, 1959. They spent their honeymoon at Cumberland Falls at the Moon Bow Motel. They moved to Decatur, GA in 1959. They then bought their house on Brook Drive and still have it to this day. She worked at DeKalb General Hospital when it opened. She had their first daughter, Robin in 1963 then Jennifer “Ginger” in 1966 and “Billy” William Jr. in 1972. She started working in the school cafeterias after all the kids started school where she retired in 2000. She attended and served in the choir and nursery at Forrest Hills Baptist Church for over 50 years. She is still a member today. She and dad built a retirement home place in Kentucky where they would travel and spend time with family. She spent her remaining time loving and enjoying her children, grandchildren, and great grand children.
