Harold R. Turner, age 85 of Tucker, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2013. Mr. Turner was born in Lee County, Alabama, and was predeceased by both parents, Coy and Ethel Turner and brother, Jack L. Turner. He was retired from DeKalb County Department of Education and was a member of Tucker First Methodist Church and the Wesley Fellowship Sunday School Class.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Nancy E. Turner and his son Edward H. Turner.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. EST at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 3150 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA followed by graveside services at 2:00 p.m. at Floral Hills Memory Gardens with the Rev. Jimmy Moor officiating. The family respectfully declines flowers but instead would like memorial donations made to your favorite charity in Harold's honor.
