He was born in Leominster, Massachusetts the son of the late Joseph Eugene and Blanche Gosslin Dion.
He worked for Sears in a management position.
Norman was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Ratcliff Dion and by his parents.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Richard (Jena) Dion of Tucker.
Norman was entombed in Floral Hills Memory Gardens on Friday, February 20, 2015.
