Warner L. Blair of Snellville, GA went to be with the Lord on July 16, 2025 at the age of 89. He was born in Atlanta, GA to Marvin L. Blair and Julia Kate Dean Blair on July 2, 1936. He was faithful to his God and Savior, his wife Jean Chewning Blair for 70+ years, his family and his church, Rehoboth Baptist Church. He served many years as a Sunday school teacher, working with the youth, served as an active deacon and Chairman of the Board of Deacons. He served in the U. S. Navy. He worked and retired as a builder and developer in Dekalb and Gwinnett Counties.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jean Chewning Blair, Daughter, Pamela Dean Blair, Grandsons, David Soles, and Reid Soles (Sanae Soles), Great Grandchildren, Ruka Mariana Soles and Colten James Soles.
His sister Carole Dean Blair Fortenberry (Elmo, ‘Sonny’) and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held in the sanctuary of Rehoboth Baptist Church on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 1PM–2PM. Funeral Service will begin at 2PM. Interment at Floral Hills Cemetery following the service.
