He is survived by his daughter, Mary Veal, of Snellville, GA and his son Eddie Mills (Julia Mills) of Murphy, NC. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Joan Stansell Mills, of Tucker, GA
Bill was born on September 24, 1932 in Atlanta, GA, to parents Josef and Edith Mills.
He graduated from Bass High School in 1954. He went on to enjoy a long career in the printing industry, first in his father’s print shop, then with John H. Harland company and later with Austin printing in Atlanta, GA. He retired in 1997. Bill was a great family man and an active member of Faith Community Church in Grayson, GA. He enjoyed travelling, attending his kids sporting events, reading his newspaper, and doing word puzzles. Bill loved UGA football and Braves baseball with his family and was quite skilled with the BBQ grill. He will always be remembered as a loving father, husband, and loyal friend.
