Alicia was born to Austin and Luella Parker on December 27, 1959 in Battle Creek, Michigan. She was their only daughter. Alicia attended Elementary school there and graduated from Battle Creek High School in 1978. She moved to Tucson, Arizona shortly after graduating form high school. Alicia later met,fell in love , and married Willie James Williams, III. Alicia was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie, and brother Earl D. Lewis. Alicia leaves behind to cherish her memory, her three wonderful children: Glenn E. Parker, Tikoa U. Williams and Willie J. Williams IV, and a granddaughter, Alicia L. Parker, all of Tucson. She also leaves two brothers, Charles E. Lewis ( Kenyetta) of Jackson, MI, and Thomas A. Parker ( Soky) of Boulder, CO. Alicia is survived by her father, Austin Parker of Battle Creek, MI and mother, Luella M. Trotter of Tucson, AZ. Alicia is also survived by special friends, Pauline Holland of Tucson, Sylvia Parker of Kansas City, MO; Ruben Holmes of Battle Creek, MI and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
