He was married to Angela MacDonald on May 29, 1992.
Bill worked as a Journeyman/Lineman for IBEW/Sturgeon Electric. He is survived by wife Angela, children Keri Ann and son Lane Garrett and brother JD Mustard.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 29 at 4:00 PM at East Lawn Palms Mortuary.
Bill was the most kind, giving, wonderful, tender & funny Husband, Father & Friend.
He was our Rock.
He will forever be missed but we will carry him with us always.
