Carol Ann Priebe

(September 30, 1942 - August 10, 2024)

Carol Ann Priebe, age 81, passed away on Saturday, August 10th at Woodland Palms Memory Care Community in Tucson, AZ with her son, David, at her side.

She was born in Manitowoc, WI to Earl and Thyra (Morrison) Cox on September 30, 1942. She attended Marshfield Senior High School, graduating in 1960.

On October 5th, 1963, she was united in marriage to Todd Priebe with whom she raised four children.

She has worked with her late husband at their family business, Priebe Shoe Store in Menomonee Falls, WI, City Bakery in West Bend, WI and The Gehl Company in West Bend, WI where she happily retired. She and Todd then moved to Bullhead City, AZ in 2008.

Her happy spirit and contagious smile were always shining bright no matter what life threw at her. She loved working on her crafts and creating sentimental gifts for her family. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved studying her bible and held her Christian faith close to her heart.

She is survived by three sons, Michael (Mary) Priebe of Hartford, WI; Robert (Janet) Priebe of Oakland, TN; David (Nicole) Priebe of Tucson, AZ and one daughter, Debbie (Shawn) Priebe of West Bend, WI; six grandchildren, James, Jamie, Jessica, Michael, Mandy and Ryan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Todd, in 2013, her brothers, Karl and James Cox and her sister, Lois Hayes.
