Catherine Irene Morgan-Perkins was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona on September 23, 1958. After celebrating 61 years of life, our family lost a loving wife and loving mother.

The daughter of the late Wash Morgan and Florence Morgan, she went on to be with the Lord peacefully in her sleep on May 15, 2020. She leaves behind her memories to cherish her family that she loved so much; namely, Roy Lee Perkins, (HB), Brandon Lee Roy Perkins, (son), and Austin Taylor Lamar Perkins, (son). Catherine is survived by 5 sisters, 7 brothers and a host of nieces, nephews, many cousins and relatives.

Catherine graduated from Pueblo High School and attended Pima College. Throughout her life, she worked for several businesses including fighting forest fires for hot spots, Burr Brown and Texas Instruments as a test floor operator, and RPC Reprocessing Products Corporation making parts for kidney dialysis machines. With each position, Catherine truly loved her work.

Catherine loved to travel and also made sure we attended our son's games in Silver City and Las Cruces, New Mexico. So determined not to miss our son's games, when I couldn't make it she drove herself - that was her love! Catherine was also a better fisherman than all three of us; it was always whoever caught the first fish, the rest had to pay up. I could go on and on with sharing so many memories.

Catherine was a member of Grace Temple Missionary Baptist Church. God bless her, she will truly be missed!

This morning you're name came up in a conversation with a close friend. How I would love to see your face and smile and to talk to you. Never realizing that this was the very day, you took your flight home to the Heavenly Father. May the Father touch the hearts of all that love you here on earth. It's my prayers that we will see you again. In Jesus Name Amen 🙏. Miss you cousin.

Catherine (Pandy) was one of my favorite cousins growning up. She was always positive and loving. As we grew up we grew apart. I always thought about her and wondered how she was doing. I look forward to seeing her again in the resurrection Jonh 5:28,29 and Acts 24:15. I love you family stay positive and remember what a beautiful woman graced your lives. Tina Kaye

I can remember when I first met Catherine. It was after a Red Heat basketball game which Austin played for. During the game I can hear Catherine cheering, yelling and getting excited every time Austin made a basket. Not realizing her other half was Coach Roy who was on the bench with us. She loved to watch her sons play and no matter win or lose she was always there to cheer them on.
Our hearts and prayers go out to the Morgan- Perkin family. Even thou Catherine can not be with Brandon and Austin on the football field anymore, she will be yelling & cheering them on above.

Catherine, I remember the first time I met you, you came across very protective over your brother. But as the years passed I knew it was because you loved your family ❤. Later we soon became very close friends. I will always cherish my memories of you. Our children close in age kept us very involved in each others lives. Catherine I know how proud you were of your children and all the kids in the family for that matter. Thank you for making me feel like family, like your sister. You will be truly missed my sister. May our Father God keep your children, husband and family in His care and His love. My condolences for the Morgan/Perkins families.
