My dearest brother , miss you dearly.  I know you and your sisters Alice and Jonnie,  are resting in peace with our parents and two nephews on this your 71st birthday.  Miss all of you so very much.  You all are in my mind and heart everyday.  Love all of you.

Cylde was my mentor . he  taught me everything I knew and learnerd  later!
It was 1975 and they knew nothing of autisum !Clyde and Karla and Marcia spent time trying new approches with these so called kids and a new world was born. Clyde was all about people nothing else in every way he did  his work. Loads of love to Clydes'family and all of us who knew him ! He Smiles on us all !

 Clyde-you are missed very much already. I had the pleasure of  working  with Clyde in DDD for several years. He was probably the most liked person in DDD ever. Always in a good mood, always cheerful. I used to love it when he would get all excited talking about some of his passions-his family, jazz music and he was a great sports fan. I will always remember one year when it was "March Madness" for college basketball and Clyde watched so much that he came to work  exhausted and indicated that he had not showered or shaved. That is only one of the many  fond memories I have of him.

     Clyde-Rest In Peace-you were always one of the cool ones and I will remember you the rest of my life.

I worked with Clyde for several years at the Division of Developmental Disabilities, State of Arizona.  He was a mentor to me and became a very dear friend.  I never heard anyone say a harsh, bad, or critical word about Clyde.  I can say that about no other person in my life.  Whenever I was with him I felt in the presence of God's grace and the world has lost a rare soul.  My heart goes out to his family and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.  Safe journey my friend.
