Curtis Ray Howard passed away on May 9, 2014 in Tucson, Arizona. He was born on November 18, 1936 in Thorny, Arkansas to the late Ewell & Floray Howard. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia, of 57 years; his children, Sheryl, Mitch (Erica) and Phil (Cheryl); his siblings, Wayne, Gene, Bob, Jim, Dean & Sheila and many grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 sibling. Curtis and Patricia were married on October 2, 1956. Curtis joined the military and served his country for 4 years with the United States Air Force. Once he was honorable discharged from the military he then went on to work for Duvall Mines for 38 years which was later named to Cypress Mines. His passions involved fly fishing, hunting, exercising, biking and he was a great silversmith. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 10:00 am at East Lawn Palms Cemetery, 5801 E. Grant Rd. Curtis will be dearly missed by all.
