Daniel Mario Perez

Danny was a devoted son to Ofelia Reese and step-son to Max Reese, a beloved brother to Luzi Getz and David Mujica, and a cherished brother-in-law to Shem Getz and Alicia Mujica. He was a proud and loving uncle to Ethan Getz, Myah Getz, Mackenzie Mujica, Aristotle Mujica, and Charlize Mujica, and a loving nephew to loved Aunt Sylvie Canez, Teresa Trujillo, Josefina Aguilar, Maria Gomez, Ines Alvarez, Genie Olivares and Beatriz Pastrana, all of whom brought immense joy to his life.

A paralegal by profession, Danny was respected not only for his work ethic and professionalism, but also for the compassion and integrity he brought to everyone he encountered. His commitment to serving others earned him recognition from the Mayor of Tucson, along with several service awards that reflected his selfless spirit and dedication to his community.

Danny had a deep love for basketball and enjoyed sharing laughter and good times with those around him. Known for his humor, generosity, and warm heart, he had a unique ability to make others feel valued and supported. Above all, Danny was a faithful Jehovah’s Witness whose beliefs guided the way he lived his life — with humility, love, and devotion to others.

Those who knew Danny will remember him as kind, loving, selfless, funny, and deeply dedicated to his family, friends and faith. His presence brought comfort and joy to many, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him.

A Memorial Service for Daniel Perez will take place on Saturday June 6, 2026 at Kingdom Hall 5643 E. Lee St, Tucson, AZ 85712 at 2:00pm. A Reception will follow at Harrison Mobile Park 4675 S. Harrison Rd, Tucson, AZ 85730. Inquires 520-906-7241.
