David Allen Greer died unexpectedly on February 28, 2025. He was 78. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and was a Vietnam veteran, a husband, father, grandfather, cousin, brother and friend.
David was preceded in death by his beloved wife Marie, and parents Jean and Ford Greer.
He is survived by daughter Carrie Greer, stepchildren Lorri Border and David Johnson, grandchildren Lauren Hobbs, Travis (Amber) Hobbs, sister Kathy (Keith) Crouch, several nephews and extended family members.
To the family and friends who knew and loved him, when you miss him keep in in your thoughts and give someone call, catch a movie on the big screen, talk to your neighbors, take trip around town, or drop in somewhere where everyone really does know your name. He would have liked that.
