Douglas E. Nowell of Tucson, passed away on November 28, 2013 at the age of 63. Services will be held in Tucson on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at The Queen of All Saints Catholic Church on 36th St. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. with the Funeral Mass starting at 10:00 a.m. A graveside service will be held at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL SOUTH LAWN following the Mass. Doug was survived by his mother, Della; two sisters, Diane Ramirez and Elaine Crumbley; two brothers, Kenny (Marylin) Nowell and Dan (Jan) Nowell; son, Richard (Stacy) Nowell; daughter, Jessica (Rodrigo) Nowell and three grandchildren, Brooke, Brady and Kenzie. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Nowell and brother, Ted Nowell.
