Ella Griego

January 29th, 1927 to August 23rd, 2022

95 years young

Ella was born in San Jose, New Mexico to Francisco and Adela Gonzales. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Placido Griego and her precious grandson, Ronnie Morales. She had 3 beautiful children, John, Dorothy and Jeanette who she loved with all her heart.

Ella was strong willed, witty and unbelievably loving. She loved being with family and filling her home with laughter and delicious home cooked meals.

Ella lived an amazing life filled with so much love. She was able to touch the lives of not only her 3 children but her 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. She will live on forever in all our hearts.

“We will think about you always, we will talk about you still. You have not been forgotten, and you never will. We hold you close within our hearts. And there you will remain. To walk and guide us through our lives, until we meet again.”

A visitation for Ella will be held Monday, August 29, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A funeral service will occur Monday, August 29, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A graveside service will occur Monday, August 29, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
